ODIS Outsourced Defence Intelligence Services Ltd

Phil Buller, Managing Partner

With over 10 years professional experience within the Defence and Automotive industries, Phil is acutely aware of the key issues and challenges faced by industry.  Prior to founding ODIS, Phil operated as Strategy Director within the 2nd largest Global Aerospace and Defence company.

Unable to generate sufficiently robust and independent answers to these complex market challenges internally and unable to find a source to answer such questions externally, Phil co-founded ODIS with the clear intention of:

- Generating insightful strategic responses to complex issues and questions by bringing together the
best, fully independent minds across the industry
- Making those responses robust, far-sighted, global and profound
- Identifying opportunities to leverage synergies between military and commercial technology investments and their application

With a first degree in Mechanical Engineering and subsequent Masters in Business Administration from both London Business School, UK, and Columbia Business School of New York, USA, Phil has developed a powerful and extensive network across all relevant disciplines.  He has extensive operational experience in Europe, North America and the Middle East.
